What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9:30am–6pm, Sat 10am–4pm, closed Sunday. Call (912) 925-7229 if you're unsure — we'll confirm.
How much does a pants hem cost?
Pants hem starts at $25+. Full starting-price menu at savkim.com/pricing — final quote when we see the garment.
How long do alterations take?
Simple hems are often a few days. Formal wear and busy seasons take longer. We give you a pickup date when you drop off — not a vague 'call us.'
Do you offer rush service?
Yes when the schedule allows — call before you drop off with your deadline. Rush logo digitizing is $99 (regular setup $85). Same-day is possible on small jobs when we're not booked.
What is logo digitizing?
Turning your logo into a stitch file the embroidery machine can run. Regular setup $85 — file stays on file so reorders skip setup. Rush digitizing $99 when you're on a deadline.
How do I get an embroidery quote?
Call or stop in with your garment and artwork — a photo on your phone works. We'll tell you price, placement, and turnaround before we start.
Do you work on wedding and formal wear?
Yes. Bring the shoes you'll wear so hems are right. For wedding gowns, call ahead in busy seasons so we can block enough time.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins welcome for most alterations. Wedding gowns, bridal parties, and large embroidery runs — call ahead so we can plan the schedule.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No warehouse minimum. One cap, six polos, or a small business run — we handle local orders the big vendors won't touch.
What if my item isn't on the price list?
Custom work — bring it in or call. We quote when we see the garment. If it's not on the published menu, we price it at drop-off.

What payment do you accept?
Cash and card at pickup. We tell you the total when you drop off — no surprise fees at the counter.
